What You'll Learn
You will learn a proven, repeatable process for strategic planning that’s designed for speed and execution. Once you learn this process, you’ll be able to use it time and again for creating organizational, departmental, or key-initiative plans.

How It Works
Create your strategy with this 1.5-day, in-person workshop, walking you through our 5-step strategic planning methodology. You’ll start by clarifying your organization’s “Why” statement and desired future state. From there, we’ll work with you to understand the forces impacting your organization today, and then develop your strategic plan using our Law of 3’s plan design. Finally, we’ll collaborate on identifying and eliminating obstacles and establishing plans for execution
