To achieve their goal of an improved system for quotes, inVision worked with the CWB National Leasing leadership team to run an innovation project. They started by clearly identifying the challenge they were facing, to achieve alignment across the team. They then created a cross-functional team of employees to run through the innovation engineering system – running through a number of idea generation and validation sessions focused on developing breakthrough ideas that would ultimately address their key challenge.
As top ideas were further developed, the team worked at testing, validating, and launching the top solution.
